This album is taken from the tape originally recorded live for broadcast at Radio Hallam in 1983. The session was broadcast by the station on a number of occasions throughout 1983 and beyond, with the track Phoenix Rising featuring on Colin Slade's Rock Show on a number of occasions.

The session was copied to CD in 1994 as a very limited release for the band and friends.
It was subsequently re-mastered for release on CD due to demand from the NWOBHM fan base.

Again, due to popular demand in the European market, it was released as a limited edition in vinyl LP format by the German-based label  High Roller Records in collaboration with Rising Records.
The album was produced on both red and black vinyl and is now sold out. Since there are no further agreed plans to reissue the LP it is now a limited edition collectors item (especially those LPs issued on red vinyl).

The album demonstrates superbly the Phoenix Rising brand of Melodic Heavy Rock and features the original line up of Alan Bunker (vocals), Chris Hamilton (bass), Danny Spencer (drums) and Pete Bangert (guitar).

You can download the album, or individual tracks, at The Phoenix Rising Bandcamp site or at most download stores world-wide including iTunes, Amazon, Napster and many others. Click one of these links or try your own download store.
